You can sow your way out of lack and into abundance. God has given you the opportunity to determine your own outcome. “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work” (2 Cor. 9:6-8).
You may not have everything you need now, but that doesn’t mean you are without the prayer that will produce it. Maybe you are jobless, but it doesn’t mean you are without the prayer, preparation, or diligence that will get you that job. Whoever asks receives, whoever seeks finds and whoever knocks the door will be opened. Don’t let the devil discourage you. 9 “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened” (Luke 11:9-10).
