The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
Christ revealed what He came to give us. “A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of. He also revealed what’s prepared in heaven for those of us who have accepted Him as our Lord and saviour. “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:2-3).
God our father and creator of heaven and earth, decided what we are to become, but it’s a matter of personal choice to become what He intended for us. God created you and me. He is the only one who can tell you the good plan He has for you.” For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jer. 29:11).
