It’s so important to know the truth and tell it. Truth is the word of God. “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth” (John 17:17). The truth is Jesus. Salvation is given by Jesus and the way to eternal life is through Jesus. Jesus said in John 14: 6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”. The truth gives salvation and freedom from sin, Jesus said in John 8:32, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” It is so important to know the truth and share it because truth is a freedom providing power. Sinners are saved by knowing the truth and believers continue in their faith by also knowing the truth. That is why knowing the truth makes you free so that you will not live in condemnation.

We are accountable to tell the public the truth and pray for them.  That’s precisely what God asks of His people, the believers in Christ. We are to be witnesses for Christ. We can simply start the career of being Christ’s witness by sharing the story of how we met our saviour and how our lives have been transformed.  Share the Gospel truth.  Tell people about Jesus and pray that the Holy spirit will work in the hearts of those who hear us.  Christ has launched a recruitment campaign across the pages of the Bible, emphasizing the value that believers bring to the world. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Mat. 5:16). Elsewhere in Mat. 9:35-38, Christ emphasized that, the workers in the field of soul winning are few and that we should pray that God recruits more labourers into His harvest field.  It’s God’s top priority for souls to be won into His Kingdom, so Christ commands us to pray for more workers to witness and win souls.
