“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11).
For you to walk in God’s plans for your life, you need to be communicating with Him more and more. You need to be fellowshipping with Him more and more. When you want to make a career decision, ask God, is this in your plan for me? When you want to decide to enter into a relationship, ask God is this in your plan for me? 12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:12-13).
The Bible says take captive of your thoughts and bring every thought that rises itself against the word of God to the obedience of Christ. “4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ” (2 Cor. 10:4-5).
16 “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Tim. 3:16 -17 NIV). All we need is in the word of God, and with God’s word, we will be able to walk in the good works He prepared for us. So, from today ask yourself if your actions are a reflection of someone who wants to walk in the good plans God has for them.
