Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).
The early disciples of Christ echoed this message: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). While many believers today are pleading with sinners to be reconciled to God; “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God” (2 Cor. 5:20).
I know, like many other believers who have received salvation, we can’t wait to be permanently with the Lord in heaven when life on this earth is over, but we must continue to be vigilant and try and make the right judgements and follow the leadership of the Holy spirit in order to spread the good news and to enjoy the abundant life here on earth that Christ promised to give His followers.
