Insightful, Biblical Devotions
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you” (Mat. 7:7).
Rejoice and be glad in Him. I assure you, if you seek you will find, if you ask you will receive, if you knock it will be opened. That’s what the scripture says. Here’s what the Lord is saying: Ask and you’ll get; Seek and you’ll find; Knock and the door will open. Then Mat. 7:8 says, “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened”. If you are seeking God, you must start rejoicing right now because I can assure you that the answer is on the way, your victory is on the way, and you can be rejoicing before you see all those circumstances change.
Our privilege is to be full of hope. Get your hopes up, because it’s something we can do on purpose and not based on our circumstances. I can be full of hope any day that I want to be full of hope. I cannot always make my circumstances line up to what I would like them to be, but I can hope that good things are on their way. I can hope, which is believing that something good is going to happen. So even if you don’t have the good things that you want to have right now, at least for goodness’ sake, expect something good to happen. Everyday think that something good is going to happen any moment.
