“And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease” (Matthew 10:1).

God has set the church against sickness and commanded us to go and heal the sick (Matthew 10:8). He has given us power to lay hands on the sick for them to recover (Mark 16:18). Before Jesus left this earth to heaven, He said I’m going back to Heaven where I came from, but I’m not leaving you here on your own. My Spirit will be with you. I give you my name, use it to represent me. Jesus has asked all believers to step in His shoes. He said use my name to do what I would have done if I were on this earth. Jesus even told us that greater works would we do (John 14:12-14).

You may say I have used the name but I’m not getting results. Use the name with faith. It’ s impossible to please God without faith. Jesus Name is above every name. Anything that has name bows to Jesus’ name. That’s what is recorded in the Bible. Cancer, barrenness, HIV aids, any sickness or disease, will all bow at the mention of the name of Jesus. Whatever has a name bows to the name of Jesus. Jesus is not here, but He has given every believer His name to use to bring solutions to every problem including healing the sick. Just ask in His name.
