Commit Your Situation To The Lord

“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me” (Psalms 50:15)

How do you respond to criticisms and problems? Sometimes the unexpected happens to us, but how do you respond when the unexpected happens to you? The unexpected will always happen because we live in a fallen world. In this life anything can happen. Every day you turn on the radio, or TV, or read the newspaper and you’ll always come across bad news. When you face a difficult situation, what’s your first reaction? Do you object, complain, or do you begin to ask why? Difficult situations require a Godly response. Do you believe that God will answer your prayer? Sadly, many don’t pray.

Do you use God as your defense when life is against you? If you commit to God, you will never lose out because we serve a faithful God. You cannot lose in any situation once you learn to fight your battles through prayer. Do you know why? Because the God we pray to, and the God we serve, is a faithful God. God has challenged us to call upon Him in the day of trouble and He will deliver us, so we will glorify His name. This is God inviting us to bring our problems to Him and He will deliver us. “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me” (Psalms 50:15)
