“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).
Refusing to accept God’s gift of salvation is stepping into hell and destruction. We must put our trust in Jesus. He is the only way to Heaven. Whoever receives Christ is on the only way to heaven, and there is no turning back because Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). The early disciples of Christ echoed this message: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
Receiving Christ as your Lord and personal saviour is the simplest and safest option. Jesus made it clear that anyone who refuses to receive Him is condemned already. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:18). I know, like many other believers who have received salvation, we can’t wait to be permanently with the Lord in heaven when life on this earth is over, but we must continue to be vigilant and try and make the right judgement and follow the leadership of the Holy spirit in order to enjoy the abundant life here on earth, that Christ promised to give His followers.
