“Now they came to Jericho. As He went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. ⁴⁷ And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” (Mark 10:46-47).

Don’t allow anybody to stop you from receiving your miracle. Jesus gave Bartimaeus His attention. He said, “what do you want me to do for you”?  Present your case to God. And this blind man said, “Master, I want to receive my sight”. The Bible says he was healed instantly.  They told him to be quiet, but he kept on calling on the name of Jesus for help. If you are ready to receive, you can receive now. Jesus said He is the life, so when He meets you, whether you are in any dire situation or a dead situation it’s going to be revived. Do you want peace? Do you want life? Do you want fruitfulness? Do you want success? All is in Jesus. Jesus is the answer. Call on him and He will answer you. When He steps into any situation, that situation changes.

Before Jesus left this earth to heaven, He said I’m going back to Heaven, where I came from but I’m not leaving you here on your own. My Spirit will be with you. I give you my name, use it to represent me. Jesus has asked all believers to step in His shoes. He said use my name to do what I would have done if I were on this earth. You may say I have used the name but I’m not getting results. Use the name with faith. It’ s impossible to please God without faith. Jesus Name is above every name. Anything that has name bows to Jesus’ name. That’s what is recorded in the Bible. Cancer, barrenness, HIV aids, poverty, sickness, joblessness, failure, will all bow at the mention of the name of Jesus. Whatever has a name bows to the name of Jesus. Jesus is not here but He has given every believer His name to use to bring solution to every problem. Just ask in His name.
