“But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently” (Rom. 8:25 NIV)
Listen, be patient and wait on the Lord before you take any step. We must move because we know God is going to work it out. We don’t know how He is going to do it, but we move with confidence and say God, I know you are going to work it out and an awesome sense of blessed assurance will fill you up. Learn to be patient and wait on the Lord, even when it seems like nothing is happening in your situation.
Patience is very important because this is where we get into trouble. We have a habit today, we want to move now, and especially much of that depends upon the strength of our desire. It depends on how strongly we want things. The stronger my desire, the more difficult to wait until I have a clear direction. But it may be that God has in mind what you desire but He has a reason why you should wait. A successful Christian life is nothing without patience, is an important part of the journey.
